Dandao and boxing go hand in hand, so Xingyiquan is not a crude martial art. Therefore, boxing is both internal and external, and it is a combination of static and dynamic, so static is noumenon and dynamic is action. Because man is a small world, everything is in harmony with the principle of heaven and earth, but it is easier to change the yin and yang of heaven and earth. Isn't it easy for a person to be weak and willful, because he is in harmony with the truth of heaven and earth. So the easier way is that the weak are easy to be strong, the soft are easy to be strong, and the rebels are easy to get along with. Therefore, the three classics all change people's temperament in order to restore the early stage. Changing bones is the power of boxing and the way to refine qi. Incorporate the scattered qi in the human body into the abdomen, be impartial, harmonious and consistent, and exercise with the nine essentials as the scale until the six yang is vigorous, that is, the fist is connected up and down, the hands and feet care for each other, and the inside and outside are consistent. At this point, the power of Jinming in boxing is exhausted, the power of ancient times is complete, and the power of refining gas is finished.

2. Dark forces

For people who are weak, the softness in boxing is also the function of strengthening qi and tendons. Two steps forward and two steps back, bright and dark, both steps are the same. However, there is sound when it is bright and there is no sound when it is dark.

3. Full of energy.

It is to practice the dark strength to be soft and firm, that is, the extreme of softness and the end of the dark strength. A person who changes strength is not the same as practicing rowing strength. There is light and darkness, but it is also full of energy. The stroke strength is short hands, also called short strength. Just like your hand scratched on the wall, it will still come back to you, so this is called touching. Exercise strength is the same as the first two steps, with different strength. As the saying goes, "three turns to nine turns to the same" means this. Among them, the methods of refining qi, transforming qi and transforming spirit are still empty, that is, bright energy, dark energy and transforming spirit. Among the three, light, darkness and energy are the same; Nine turns, nine turns to pure yang. Turning nothingness into pure yang is this principle. When practicing, follow the form of the first two steps. Don't push. Don't be stubborn, work hard. Really use your ears, whether inside or outside your body. The forces used by hands and feet, some of which are not, are actually Xu Ruo. Abdominal qi is also unintentional, and it is not unintentional. It is intended to accumulate ethereal ears. Breathing seems to have nothing, just like breathing in Dandao Kung Fu, rising to full, returning to the furnace, closing and bathing. So it seems that there is nothing, it is a real benefit, and it is the magical function of God. Zhuang Ziyun: "Real people breathe with their heels" means this, not holding their breath. Practice, don't stop, practice until you have no body or mind. Only in this way can you have a wonderful appearance and live in harmony with the Tao. At this time, it can be the same as Taixu. After practicing virtual practice, I can be silent and feel good. No gain, no complacency. If you get nothing, you will accomplish nothing. Jing Yun: "Those who are energetic and tempted have martial arts." Those who meditate on spiritual roots practice monasticism. "So xingyi quan and Dan Dao are one.
