1born in February 1960, Yangzhong, Jiangsu, academician of China Academy of Engineering.

1982 graduated from naval engineering college, and 1987 obtained a master's degree in marine electrical engineering from naval engineering college. He continued to be a teacher after graduation.

1993- 1996 studied in Tsinghua University and obtained a doctorate in electrical engineering.
