Zhu Ying, male, 1962, born in July, Huaiyin, Jiangsu, party member, CPC. 198 1 graduated from Huai' an Normal University, 1995 graduated from the junior college class of the Correspondence College of the Central Party School, a senior primary school teacher, and the sixth batch of special-grade teachers in Jiangsu Province. He is currently the vice principal and education director of the primary school affiliated to Yu Ying International Experimental School in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province.

He has been awarded as an excellent composition instructor for primary school students in China, an advanced educator in Jiangsu Province, an excellent scientific and technological counselor in Jiangsu Province, the "Red Candle Award" of Zhejiang People's Education Foundation, a famous teacher of small languages in Huaiyin City, the first top ten teachers in Huaiyin City, a young and middle-aged backbone teacher, and the cover figure of the eighth issue of Primary School Teaching Research in 2004.

I have studied the teaching of "independent reading" for many years, and have given dozens of lectures inside and outside the city, and have been invited to give lectures inside and outside the province for more than 20 times. On May 6th+7th, 2008, the teacher and his disciple Guan were invited to give lectures at Wencheng Experimental Primary School.
