On February 26th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the major project of Hanchuan City in the first quarter of 2022 and the Wuzhou specialty paper Hubei Zhixing Paper Project was held in Hanchuan Economic Development Zone. Wu Haitao, secretary of Xiaogan Municipal Party Committee, announced the commencement of the project.
