1982 Since August, I have worked in the secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Rural Policy Research Office (the State Council Rural Development Research Center) as a secretary and assistant researcher. 1since August, 1990, he has worked in the State Council Development Research Center as an assistant researcher, associate researcher and researcher, director of the Organization Research Office of Rural Department of the State Council Development Research Center, editor of Selected Works of Wan Li of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Literature Editorial Committee, deputy secretary of Zhuolu County Committee of Hebei Province, deputy secretary-general of China Development Research Foundation, director of information center of the State Council Development Research Center, and concurrently secretary-general of China Rural Labor Resources Development Research Association.
