How did Xiu Xiu change the ID photo to a size of 25 * 35mm and a pixel of 295px*4 13px?

Meitu Xiu Xiu software can't do this, PS software can. Please refer to the following steps.

1. First, open the PS software on the computer and create a new canvas.

2. Then import the target photo, as shown in the figure.

3. Then click the "Image Size" option in the image menu.

4. In the page that appears, uncheck Constraint Scale, set the size to 25 * 35mm, and set the pixel to 295px*4 13px.

5. Finally, confirm the settings and save the photos.
