Chen Xiaohui, female, Han nationality,1976/kloc-0 was born in June, and was born in Houjie, Dongguan./kloc-0 joined the work in July, 1998, and joined China in June, 2003, with a postgraduate degree and a doctorate. He is currently the deputy director of the Dongguan Municipal People's Government Office, and is proposed to be the chief of the municipal unit.
