Job responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operation and management of our store, enhance the image of pharmaceutical enterprises, be responsible for store sales indicators, complete various business indicators, do a good job in task decomposition, achieve performance goals and improve performance.
According to GSP requirements, do a good job in classified display of goods, optimize the product structure, improve the sales rate of goods, manage the loss of goods in pharmacies, be responsible for the donation process and related professional operations, meet the management requirements of charitable foundations, production enterprises and donation projects, and manage the procurement, sales and storage of donated goods.
Supervise the purchase, delivery and replenishment of commodities, do a good job in the management of purchase acceptance, commodity display, commodity quality and service quality, be responsible for establishing patient medication files, tracking patients' medication situation, providing professional medication consultation and service, and maintaining customer relations.
Responsible for the integration of DTP upstream supply chain, establish and maintain cooperative relationship, assist DTP related government affairs to handle and implement, be responsible for store process system management and quality management, and ensure that pharmacy management meets GSP requirements, as well as the rules and regulations and quality management requirements of the headquarters.
Responsible for the daily training of pharmacies, improve employees' compliance knowledge, medical professional knowledge, commodity knowledge and professional operation guidance, cultivate talent echelon, maintain good relations with government regulatory authorities, do a good job in store management, and actively cooperate with relevant departments to complete other work.
