Lei Ming (1964~ 1994) was born in Guangzhou, Guangdong. Before his death, he was an art lecturer of Zengcheng Radio and TV University and Zengcheng Adult Secondary Vocational School, a member of Guangdong Artists Association, a director of China National Artists Association, an executive director of China Artists Association and a member of International Artists Association.
