Yes Qiu Dong has won many honorary titles in calligraphy, such as painter in Bai Jie, China in 2009, winner of Lifetime Achievement Award of Contemporary Art by China Calligraphers Association, and many works have been collected by many art galleries and individuals. In 2008, it was recognized by the Ministry of Culture, Beijing, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong, China and Taiwan Province provinces, and its works were rated as 5,000 yuan per square foot for calligraphy and 20,000 yuan per square foot for traditional Chinese painting.
