1987 got a master's degree, 199 1 got a doctorate in sociology in Peking University. He is currently a professor and deputy director of the Department of Sociology in Peking University. He devoted himself to the study of family sociology. It is one of the main members of the "Sixth Five-Year Plan" and "Seventh Five-Year Plan" of national philosophy and social sciences.
