Biographical notes
"Sal" was the nickname of the orc Guhill when he was young. At that time, he lived in his first home, which was a prison built to stop the orc prisoners in the Second War from threatening Azeroth. Sal, on the other hand, means slave. After Guhill escaped from prison, he did not wander aimlessly, but embarked on a journey of seeking roots and finally found wisdom from the shaman belief of his ancestors.
Sal's shaman belief guides his actions. He reorganized the tribe, became a great chief, and led his people to settle in barren land, which was named after his father durotan, Tal and Dulong. Thrall led the tribe through a series of seemingly endless tests: lifting the demon blood curse of orcs, resisting the attack of the Burning Legion on on Mount Hyjal, and defeating the terrible Lich King. When the wings of death returned to the earth and tore the world apart, Sal retired from the position of tribal chief and joined the powerful shaman organization "Ring of the Earth", trying to calm the elements and stop the world destroyer. Sal chose Garrosh Hellscream as his successor, but this decision has been bothering him, because the new chief has led the tribe into the wrong path of civil strife.
