Founded in 2003, the Industrial Design Art Committee of China Artists Association is a cultural and social group of industrial design major under the China Artists Association, which is composed of well-known domestic industrial design educators and industrial design activists. The chairman of the committee is Professor Wang, vice chairman of China Artists Association, deputy director of Tsinghua University School Affairs Committee and director of academic committee of Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts. The deputy directors are Professor Liu Guanzhong (Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts), Professor Xu Ping (Central Academy of Fine Arts), Professor Lv Xiaobo (Tsinghua University Academy of Fine Arts) and Professor Zhao Yang (China Academy of Fine Arts). Members include Professor Zhang Nairen (Beijing Institute of Technology), Professor Tong Huiming (Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts), Professor Tang (Guangzhou University), Professor Zhao Jianghong (Hunan University), Professor Yin (Tongji University), Professor Du Haibin (Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts), Professor Xie Yue (Hubei Academy of Fine Arts) and Professor Xiao Shihua (Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts), Secretary General of the Arts Committee.
