Male, Professor, School of Physical Education, Inner Mongolia Normal University. Born in September, 1939, from Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province. 1962 graduated from the Physical Education Department of Inner Mongolia Normal University. He used to be the party branch secretary of the physical education department of Inner Mongolia Normal University. He is currently a professor of sports history, a member of the Sports History Branch of the Chinese Sports Science Society, and an executive director of the Inner Mongolia Sports Science Society. And served as the host of the project funded by the National Social Science Planning Fund.
