5. If family members study, work or settle down outside the country (territory), truthfully fill in their institutions, work units, positions and places of residence.
6. Any family member who has acquired foreign nationality or holds a foreign permanent residence permit (long-term residence) must be indicated.
7. The family members who have died should be put in brackets after the original work unit, position or residence.
