The Historical Story of Returning to Zhongshan
During the Yuanfeng period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty (1 10- 105), Wang Mu Palace was built on the hill and rebuilt by several generations. By the first year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1522), there were Tianmen, Ertianmen, Santianmen, Wang Mu Palace, Wenchang Pavilion, Sanqinglou and Jade on the mountain. On the second Tianmen, the couplet "Bai Hongsong, Qiongdao 3000 full moon; Lin Gong is full of flowers and jade buildings. " During the Tongzhi period of Qing Dynasty (1862- 1874), the temple was destroyed by fire, but the Da 'an iron bell, stone tablet and Wang Mu Palace grottoes were preserved. Most of the existing buildings were rebuilt before and after the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC). In recent years, every time a temple fair is held on March 20 of the lunar calendar, the mountains are covered with spring breeze, flowers and trees are like brocade, the Yaochi is fragrant, and the flying pavilion is soaring. Visitors can overlook the beautiful scenery such as "Water Mirror Blue Waves" and "Yaochi jathyapple". Poetic and picturesque, full of fun.

At the end of the Tang Dynasty, Jingchuan returned to Zhongshan, where there was a temple dedicated to the Queen Mother of the West, also known as "Wang Mu Palace". Gu Tao, an academician of the Song Dynasty, recorded in "Returning to the Mountain to Rebuild the Monument of Wang Mu Palace" that in the early years of the Northern Song Dynasty, the Wang Mu Palace in the Tang Dynasty was in disrepair and the building was destroyed. The inscription on the stone tablet reads: "Kaibao celebrates the return of Wang Mu Palace to the mountains at the age of 30? Is the pen, coin and bud soup fresh? ! Bridget enthalpy? Hey? In 028), Jing Shuai master Zhang Duo presided over the reconstruction of Wang Mu Palace, and the inscription recorded the specific situation of the construction of Wang Mu Palace at that time. After the reconstruction, the Taihou Palace is carved with beams and painted with buildings, resplendent and magnificent. Gu Tao, a bachelor of Hanlin, wrote it personally, and Shangguan Tuo, a great calligrapher, sealed it with high artistic value. This monument is now in the Jingchuan County Museum.

After that, I returned to Wang Mu Palace in Zhongshan and experienced many vicissitudes. After several battles, it was built and destroyed. Peng Ze, the minister of the Ministry of War of the Ming Dynasty, recorded in Rebuilding Wang Mu Palace that Wang Mu Palace was rebuilt in the early years of the Ming Dynasty. By the middle of the Ming dynasty, it was in disrepair and was in ruins. In the ninth year of Zheng De in Ming Dynasty (15 14), Taitai Renyi Heron advocated donating to build Pingliang Hanwang and organized large-scale reconstruction activities. It was completed in the first year of Jiajing (1522) and lasted for eight years. After its completion, Wang Mu Palace has become a huge building complex, with Nishinomiya Empress Dowager Hall in the middle, Sanqing Building in the back and Jade Emperor Hall in the front. On the left are Wenchang Hall, Infinite Hall, Sanhuang Hall, Zhou Muwang Hall, Beiwanghe Building and Wu Yanjun Hall, and on the right are descendants Palace, Wudi Hall, Emperor Wudi Hall, Nanwanghe Building and Yanjun Hall. Between the temples, pines and cypresses are towering, exotic flowers and herbs are in full bloom, and the scenery is beautiful. Zhang Yanfu's "Jingzhou Zhi" returned to Zhongshan and recorded: "There are Wang Mu Palace, Wenchang Pavilion, Sanqing Building, many pines and cypresses, tens of meters high, and the spirit is quite good." After the war, it was badly damaged, and now only some residual bricks and tiles are left.

"Biography of Mu" Volume III: "Tian Zi ordered the Queen Mother of the West to be above the Yaochi." According to legend, Yaochi is a scenic spot in the hometown of the Queen Mother of the West. There is a spring in Huizhongshan Mountain, Jingchuan County. The spring is flowing and the water is green. This is the famous Yaochi. "Jingzhou Zhi" said: "The pool around it is a mountain spring, rising from the cave, spouting a turbulent vortex, alternating with green and blue, close to the cliff, hanging stones in the sky, black as ancient iron. The spring water came out again, dripping like rain. " This is the "Yaochi jathyapple", one of the eight scenic spots in Jingzhou. According to legend, Yaochi is the place where the Queen Mother of the West held a flat peach banquet and a big fairy banquet with beautiful scenery. Jathyapple Pavilion, built in Ming Dynasty, is one of the eight scenic spots in Gu Jingzhou. Li Shangyin, a poet in the late Tang Dynasty, passed by Jingzhou and saw the Yaochi Scenic Area, which was hurt by the scenery. He intoned: Aunt Yaochi opened the window and Huang Zhu's singing declined; Eight gentlemen went to Wan Li three times, why didn't you come back?
