Honggou Second Community is located in the east of Zhangdian District, and its jurisdiction covers Dongsi Road in the east, Dacheng pesticide plant Dormitory in the west, Honggou New Community in the south and Honggou Road in the north. Now there are 860 households with 2,650 people, 50 people in party member and 4 party groups. Party branches and village committees are sound, with strong appeal and fighting capacity. Over the past few years, the work objectives of the two committees have been clear and their working attitudes have been correct. They earnestly studied the profound connotation of Scientific Outlook on Development, completely emancipated their minds, and established the scientific concept of people-oriented. Honggou Third Community was established in February, 1985. It is located in the west of Dongsi Road in Zhangdian District, north of Ji Jiao Railway, east of Honggou West Street and south of Honggou Road, with an area of 0.2 square kilometers. There are 1 1 residential buildings with more than 680 households and 27 17 people in party member. Under the leadership of the superior association for science and technology, great progress has been made in community science popularization. Taking the creation of popular science community as the starting point, we will widely popularize science and technology, disseminate scientific knowledge to residents, publicize scientific ideas, advocate scientific methods, carry forward scientific spirit, and oppose superstitious cults. At present, there are 30 community popular science volunteers, 8 popular science teachers, 5 popular science publicity columns, more than 50 popular science books in the community popular science library, and community popular science schools hold lectures on popular science knowledge every month, which greatly improves the level of popular science knowledge of community residents.

Honggou 1 Residential Area is located in the east of Zibo Railway Station, with developed traffic, strong commercial atmosphere and busy people flow. Total residential area 1.5 square kilometers. The community governs two residential quarters, Honggou West Street 1-4 Building and Hongfu Jiayuan, with a permanent population of more than 700 and a permanent population of more than 2,600.
