Clinical work: To undertake clinical examination of immune-related diseases such as inflammatory demyelinating disease, myasthenia gravis, central nervous system infection and immune-related diseases, peripheral nerve diseases such as multifocal motor neuropathy, Guillain-Barre syndrome and sensory neuropathy, myositis and paraneoplastic syndrome. Various immunological tests were performed on blood and cerebrospinal fluid, including anti-AChR, AChE, Titin and RyR antibodies to assist in the diagnosis of myasthenia gravis, myositis-specific antibodies to assist in the diagnosis of inflammatory myopathy, anti-amphipathic protein, CV2, PNMA2, Hu, Yo and Ri antibodies to assist in the diagnosis of paraneoplastic syndrome, ganglioside antibody spectrum to assist in the diagnosis of peripheral neuropathy, oligoclonal bands and myelin protein antibodies to assist in the diagnosis of inflammatory diseases and multiple sclerosis in the central nervous system.

Scientific research: as a main member, he participated in the 1 key project of the Ministry of Health (applicant: Professor Huang Yining) and five projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation (applicant: Professor Yuan Jinmei, Professor Chen Qingtang, 1, Professor Wang Xuemei, the Ninth Five-Year Plan 1 key project of the Ministry of Health (principal). At present, some projects of the National Natural Science Foundation are still in existence. Actively assist graduate tutors, and help guide doctoral and master students in project design, experiment, statistics, data collation and other specific work. Up to now, he has published more than 5 papers/kloc-0 in major journals as the first author, participated in publishing more than 50 papers as the main author, and participated in writing 3 monographs.
