(1) Matters needing attention in the second interview:
A) Go a few days in advance and stay there. If there is an opportunity, contact other candidates who take the exam together and try to contact the teacher. There is almost an unwritten practice in the second interview of University of Science and Technology Beijing, that is, before the second interview, there will always be people who don't know from what channels to release some wind. So, ha ha, go, in order to capture some information, do more activities, even just in case, it will be of great help to your second interview;
B) dress appropriately and generously. If you are on the job, wear formal clothes; If it is a student, ordinary student clothes and casual clothes will do. Don't bring necklaces, earrings, etc. I've been picky about this in recent years, so be careful not to make mistakes in details.
(2) The second interview focuses on preparation:
A) Current affairs politics: You are required to have a general understanding of some international events and small events during this period. Then you can make an analysis from your own point of view. This part is not too difficult, but you should be mentally prepared. When analyzing problems, it should be consistent with the current mainstream views of the CPC. So I suggest you watch the news broadcast and international news every day from now on (even if you don't like it, just stick to it for a while and it will be fine). At the same time, take notes on some major current events and their analysis points, organize them yourself, and speak fluently, but don't recite them (it's not good to show the traces of your back). Having said that, I would like to mention that whether you have your own point of view and whether your logic is clear is very important in the second interview of MBA. Try to be more knowledgeable and comprehensive, which will definitely increase your competitiveness. There is so much to say about current politics. This thing has been emphasized for years. Although you don't arrest people, it will affect your total score and your impression of the teacher.
B) English interview: this session cannot be saved. It is roughly divided into two pieces (I summarized it, hehe). Introduce yourself first, so you are required to prepare an English self-introduction and then recite it skillfully, so that you can't see that you are reciting it (this is very important); The second is English question and answer. Frequently asked questions are as follows: "Where are you from? Tell me about your hometown? " "Why do you want to take an MBA? What do you want to do in the future? " "Did you have a good Spring Festival? Did you go out to travel? " "Have you ever had work experience? Tell me about your previous works "and so on. You should answer these questions in English in your notebook in advance, and at least have a train of thought to avoid improvisation.
C) Resume preparation: This is very important. A resume in Chinese and English, both of which are indispensable. The principle of resume is concise and clear. Don't talk very long, just summarize it briefly. There are many resume templates and methods to make resumes online. Take a look for yourself and prepare one for yourself.
D) prepare the so-called "human feelings": this may not be necessary, but it turns out to be very important. You can bring some native products from your hometown (not too expensive, don't prepare "vulgar things" such as gold, silver and jade), and bring them when preparing for the second interview. You can come in handy when you have access to the person in charge such as the examiner or tutor.
The above is my little experience, I hope I can help you! Wish you success!
