How many pages are there in the resumes of recent graduates?
Resume only write one page, that is, fresh graduates, friends who have worked for more than 3-5 years, certainly can't write one page.

Three pages, okay? Or the more the better?

There is no standard answer to this question, because everyone's situation is different, but certainly not the more the better.

Follow the above rules for writing resumes, be brave enough to abandon unnecessary content, not to add unnecessary work to resume screeners, and not to add unnecessary trouble to yourself (I'll give you an answer later).

Especially in the project part, try not to write projects within half a year, or even some outsourced projects.

Try to write for nearly 2-3 years, and control the total number to 3-5.

Try to write a project that highly matches the position of the company or product you are applying for. For example, if the company or product you are applying for is 2B business, or the job description says that the person with 2B business experience is preferred, then you should first write in the items related to 2B business in the past 2-3 years.

If it's not from the last three years, you can also write it in. If not, then write it truthfully.

Why not suggest writing too much, but add unnecessary trouble to yourself?

I believe some friends will have the following interview experience: the interviewer asked me about a project I participated in four years ago, and I have long forgotten it.

Not to mention the details and the basic knowledge of the concepts involved, I was forced!

During the interview, the interviewer asks you questions from the items or questions you answered at that time or from the items written in your resume. So, if you write too much, which happens to be of interest to the interviewer, and you are not familiar with it because you have not done it in depth or because it has been too long, isn't this kind of project experience equivalent to burying yourself?

So the content of the project is not as much as possible, but there are 3-5 projects with high matching degree, or you can harvest and grow by yourself, so you are not afraid to ask any projects.

If a qualified resume helps us win the interview opportunity, then an 80-point resume can not only help us win the interview opportunity, but also lay a good foundation for the follow-up interview in advance, so as not to dig a hole for ourselves and be embarrassed then.

Under the premise of ensuring a high degree of matching, make some trade-offs, and try not to exceed 5 pages. Of course, if you have been working for 10 for 20 years, you can refer to the above principles as little as possible and don't have to stick to many pages.
