Participated in the exploration campaign of large-scale skarn copper mine in Fengsandong, Hubei Province, and made positive contributions to the development of mineral resources in Fengsandong copper mine with "three combinations (exploration, design and construction)". He led a team to explore the large-scale gold and copper mine in Jilongshan (as the technical director), and found the industrial copper ore body in this area for the first time, which opened up the prospecting situation and laid the foundation for the subsequent expansion into a large-scale gold and copper mine. He has won the meritorious military service many times in his work and was rated as an advanced worker. From 65438 to 0978, after being transferred to the Central South Geological Exploration Bureau, he edited or participated in the overall planning of geological work, presided over or participated in the review of geological work design and various geological and mineral reports, and made important contributions to the development of geological work and the submission and utilization of mineral exploration reports. During the ten years in charge of scientific and technological work, he vigorously promoted the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" and actively advocated the idea of big science and technology, which effectively promoted scientific and technological progress. Focusing on scientific and technological projects, strengthening the management of the whole process of scientific and technological work, and aiming at the metallurgical geological system, the assessment standard of scientific and technological management of metallurgical geological prospecting units was compiled, which made the scientific and technological work scientific and standardized.
