Brief introduction of Yu Chenglong.
Yu Chenglong (1638- 1700) is like a mountain. His name is Jia Zhen. He was born in Huang Qi (now Gu 'an County, Hebei Province) of the Han army, and was later called "Little Jackie Chan". He is also a good official. He worked as a sheriff under old Yu Chenglong and was recommended by old Yu Chenglong. Later, because of his political achievements, he was promoted to Jiangning magistrate. Emperor Kangxi made a southern tour of Jiangning and asked him to learn from old Yu Chenglong. This is also a much-told story in history of qing dynasty.

Kangxi served as magistrate of Laoting County in Zhili for seven years, magistrate of Luanzhou for eight years, magistrate of Tongzhou for eighteen years, governor of Zhili for twenty-five years, commander of Zuodu Imperial Army and Red Flag of Han Army for twenty-nine years, river governor for thirty years and died for thirty-nine years. In thirty-seven years, the waters south of Baoding merged with muddy water (now Yongding River), which was unbearable and sometimes flooded. The Holy Father is in sight, and the Governor Yu Chenglong is sparse and built. He starts from the old estuary of Laojuntang in Liangxiang, passes through Shilipu in the north of Gu 'an, Zhujiazhuang in the southeast of Yongqing, reaches the Wolf City River, leaves the Triangle Lake at Liucha Road in Bazhou, and enters the sea in Xigu. A total of 72.5 kilometers of rivers were dredged and more than 90 kilometers of north-south dikes were built. Emperor Kangxi named Yongding River. Since then, muddy water has been injected into the northeast without migration for 40 years.
