After the landslide, Peng Guofu, secretary of the Huaihua Municipal Party Committee, gave instructions to immediately start the emergency plan, spare no effort to search and rescue the trapped people, spare no effort to rescue the personnel, mobilize ambulances and medical personnel in advance, and pay special attention to scientific rescue and the safety of rescue personnel.
