Mo Bin, born in 1967, graduated from Hengyang Institute of Technology (now South China University) majoring in industrial and civil architecture, with a postgraduate degree from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He is a senior engineer at the professor level.

1989 joined the China Construction Fifth Bureau;

From 2003 10 to September 2007, he served as deputy director of China Construction Fifth Bureau;

Since September 2007, he has served as the director and general manager of China Construction Fifth Engineering Co., Ltd.;

20 10 has been the executive director and president of Country Garden since July.
