Rain, whose real name is Rain, 1982 was born in Seoul, South Korea on June 25th. He is a Korean pop singer, actor, choreographer and music producer.

In 2002, he released his first album "The First Drop" under the stage name Rain. Later, he released albums such as Rain 2 and It's Raining and Rainism, and won Korean music awards such as Mnet Asian Music Award, Seoul Folk Song Award and Golden Record Award. In 2005, he became the first Asian singer from China, Japan and Thailand to win the MTV South Korean Best Artist Award in Asia.
