Lifelong learning
The book Lifelong Learning was inadvertently learned in Fan Deng Book Club. Because the author's resume is so powerful, I can't help but be curious about the contents of the book.

The author, Huang Yuzheng, immigrated to the United States at the age of/kloc-0 and was admitted to Stanford University. After graduation, he joined Intel Corporation and became the chairman and manager, which is the highest position that Chinese can reach. After studying at Harvard Business School, he went to the White House to be a White House scholar. After that, he successfully started a business. Because of some problems in the process of starting a business, he parted ways with his partner. So he decided to find a way to be happy again. He spent $500,000 and studied with the world's top tasks for five years, and wrote these lessons in this book.

The book mainly talks about five aspects: health, emotion, thinking, career, relationship and wealth. Its arrangement is interesting, in order of importance.

? health

Health means eating, sleeping and exercising. Eat less and eat more. You can eat five meals a day, not to say that you are too full for every meal, but you can eat snacks to supplement your energy. These snacks are preferably nuts and fruits. You can treat yourself to an unscrupulous meal every week and eat whatever you want. Stay away from junk food.

Sleep-find the sleep time that suits you best. Some people sleep for six hours, while others sleep for nine hours. Find out how many hours you can be full of energy. You can read a book before going to bed to keep your brain quiet.

Exercise-do exercise as a job. Every time you exercise, you should devote yourself wholeheartedly, and your body should constantly accept different methods. Because you can adapt, you should constantly exercise in different ways.

mood

The best emotional state is not sad or happy, and there is not much emotional fluctuation. It is not good for any kind of extreme emotion to last for a long time.

Understand the emotion, when the emotion comes, you can recognize it in your mind, find out its reason, and find out why there is such a reason.

Know other people's emotions-micro-expressions. People evolved from reptiles, so when facing things, they all reflect from amygdala to wisdom brain. The amygdala can be understood as very emotional thinking, while the wisdom brain is very rational thinking, so no matter what emotions you hide, there will still be some reflections.

For example, if you smile from the heart, there will be wrinkles in the corners of your eyes. If you are sad, your eyes will droop. When you are angry, your mouth will close and your eyes will open wide. When you bow your head, your nose will wrinkle slightly and your mouth will rise slightly.

There is also a body that connects emotions. For example, physical and mental openness means that this person is not hiding, and some physical and mental movements, such as touching the handbag and holding the chest, are hidden in his heart.

Good emotions can be more involved in doing things, so how to mobilize their good emotions? Recall your happiest thing and that state at that time. For example, when I am happy, I vote for success. I will completely relax my shoulders and take a deep breath. Then you can use this action to mobilize your emotions every time you work.
