Scrap: tax, scrap and other procedures should be handled.

If your remaining materials can be directly used by other manuals such as standard parts, you can carry them over. If your remaining materials are just waste, useless or useful, you should ask the tax bureau to issue a tax payment certificate or a worthless abandonment certificate!
