Gao Qiao Experimental Middle School affiliated to Shanghai Normal University, formerly known as Shanghai Gao Qiao Experimental School, was founded in 1992. 1998 was renamed Shanghai Gao Qiao Middle School West School, and in September 2006 it was renamed "Gao Qiao Experimental Middle School Affiliated to Shanghai Normal University".
