Sanmenxia Contemporary Cultural Celebrity Series: Director Zhang Huaiqi Xin Wang, 197 1 was born in the lakeside area of Sanmenxia, Henan Province, and graduated from the Art College of Henan University. His works have participated in many national and provincial art exhibitions, and many works have won awards and been compiled. He is now a member of Henan Branch of China Artists Association and a member of Oil Painting Society. He was founded in Sanmenxia in 2000 and devoted himself to art training for college entrance examination students and art enlightenment education for children.
