He Zhiqing didn't sell He Yuan to anyone. He Zhiqing is the founder of Heyuan, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. He resigned from Daotai, Huang Han County, Hubei Province and retired to Yangzhou on 1883. He bought a flaky mountain house, expanded his garden house, and built a unique private garden Ji Xiao Villa in the late Qing Dynasty, commonly known as Heyuan. He Zhiqing didn't sell Heyuan to anyone because the government protected the Heyuan section.
