Doctor of Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, postdoctoral fellow in business administration, Central University of Finance and Economics. At present, he is the dean of the School of Continuing Education of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, a professor at the School of Civil and Commercial Law, a doctoral tutor, a postdoctoral cooperative tutor and a senior economist.
