Liu Xu, male, born in 1965, is a professor, doctor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Education Science of Hunan Normal University. He is also the deputy director of the Social Science Department of Hunan Normal University, the chairman of Hunan Teacher Education Professional Committee, and the second-class candidate of Hunan Province 12 1 Talent Project. He presided over the national social science fund education project, the key project of the Ministry of Education, the philosophy and social science fund project of Hunan Province, and the educational science planning project of Hunan Province. In educational research, Professor Liu Xu pays attention to the logical thinking centered on "promoting human development", stresses realism, standardization, depth, effectiveness and pedagogy, and has conducted comprehensive and profound research in the fields of teacher education and curriculum reform. Especially in the aspect of teacher education, based on the scientific concept of practice, a systematic and complete original understanding has been formed from the aspects of teachers' professional concept, the establishment system of teacher education and teaching institutions in normal universities, the reform of teachers' professional courses and teaching methods, and the development of primary and secondary school teachers.
