The highest rock band in the world-Tibet Tianqi Band
This is the first rock band in Tibet, as mysterious as that snowy plateau. What they show the world is a direct cry for purity. ...
The lyrics and songs of the album Tianqi are full of the breath of nature, which embodies the suffocating unique charm of passionate rock and gentle rock. There are both anger and sadness and romantic feelings. Rock poems cast by inner feelings turn into real humanistic care and spread the light of human nature. "The main purpose of our album release is to spread ideas," said drummer Tenzin Dawa, the soul of the band. "We are not only concerned about a certain nation, but the common concern of the whole human society. We should awaken the public to think about how human nature is the best. " Tianqing is a band composed of six Tibetan boys. Only two of them study music in ordinary classes, namely, drummer Tenzin Dawa and bassist Zahi Bing Zo. According to their own introduction, drummer Tenzin Dawa is the big brother and soul of the band. He has been keen on rock music since he was a child and is known as the first person in Tibetan rock music. As early as five years ago, he founded the unplugged concert hall, the music and cultural base of Tibetan bars in Lhasa. It is also the unique taste of Unplugged that beckons them-young people with special interest in folk music.
