2010165438+1October 30th, Xiangxi Intermediate People's Court held a public hearing to hear the case of Cheng Haibo, former director of Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture.

On the morning of March 3, 2065438, the 11th Provincial People's Congress14th meeting was closed. Zhang Chunxian, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, presided over the second plenary meeting. The meeting voted and passed three draft local regulations and related personnel matters.

Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress,,, Xiao, and Secretary-General Sun attended the meeting. Vice Governor Han Yongwen, President of the Provincial Higher People's Court Kang Weimin and Procurator-General Gong Jiahe of the Provincial People's Procuratorate attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.

The meeting heard a new report from Chen Lan, chairman of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, on the deliberation results of the Regulations on the Administration of Civil Transport Airports in Hunan Province (Draft), and reports from Wang Xiaoqin and Xu Diyu, members of the Legal Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, on the deliberation results of the Regulations on the Administration of Towns in Mayang Miao Autonomous County and the Regulations on Xiaoxi National Nature Reserve in Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture respectively. The meeting voted to pass the above three local regulations.

According to the decision of the Central Committee and the arrangement of the provincial party committee, Comrade Qi Heping requested to resign as the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the 11th Hunan Provincial People's Congress. The meeting voted to adopt the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress on accepting Comrade Qi Heping's resignation as the deputy director of the Standing Committee of the 11th Provincial People's Congress. The meeting decided to appoint Sheng Maolin as Secretary General of the Provincial People's Government, Xie Chaoying as Director of the Provincial Economic and Information Technology Commission, Peng Chonggu as Director of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Fang Xianzhi as Director of the Provincial Department of Land and Resources and Tian Jiagui as Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture. The meeting also voted on other personnel appointment and dismissal matters.
