Xing Rui is currently Deputy Secretary-General of Yuanping Municipal Government of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, Director of Municipal Governance Office and Deputy Head of Municipal Road Traffic Safety Leading Group. He used to be the director of the office of the Municipal Greening Committee, the director of the Taiwan Province Work Office of the Municipal Party Committee, the head of the inspection and guidance group of the municipal education system, and the deputy director of the United Front Work Department.
