1998 graduated from the Education Department of East China Normal University with a bachelor's degree in education. In June 2003, he graduated from China West Normal University (formerly Sichuan Normal University) with a master's degree in education. 1worked in Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities in September, 1998. In February, 2003, he served as the director of the office of the scientific research department of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities. In February, 2008, he served as the deputy director of the scientific research department. In February, 2005, he was promoted to associate professor and was elected to the second session in May, 2006.

He has published more than 30 academic papers in important domestic journals such as Curriculum, Textbooks, Teaching Methods and Ethnic Education Research. He has published three academic works, including Research on the Relationship between Ethnic Education and Ethnic Economic and Social Development.
