It seems to be the arrangement of heaven, and this change of fate makes me re-examine the direction of life. I took over "Lucky 372 1" as producer from 1996. In the following years, columns such as True Feelings, Story Bar, Perfect Vacation, Chou Xiao's Best Friend, The more plans, the happier, Absolute Man, and Star Academy came out one after another. And served as the general director of the first and second China Golden Eagle TV Art Festival "Star Concert".
For the TV industry, continuous innovation is the core of its development. This is consistent with my never repeating my personality. The more difficult it is, the more exciting it is. Therefore, the problem of "innovation", which is a headache for many TV colleagues, is understood here as a performance full of passion for life. Only by loving and caring for life can we have the motivation to innovate constantly. At the end of 1990s, the reform process in China was accelerated, and the social and family problems that followed attracted my attention. Out of the "Lucky" program full of songs and laughter, leading the directors to focus on the original simplest human emotional world. From 65438 to 0998, True Love Against Touch appeared in the audience's field of vision. Once this program was launched, it quickly seized the weekend prime-time ratings and aroused widespread concern in society. It is predicted that this program will not last long, and the audience will not pay attention to the joys and sorrows of ordinary people. However, until today, true love is still active on the screen of Hunan Satellite TV. Every program will still have ordinary people from different places, different ages and different identities, and touch countless TV viewers with real stories that happened to them. Find something that resonates with the audience, and the road to program "innovation" will be wider and wider. In 2004, I led a group of young directors to plan and produce "Star Academy", which appeared on the TV screen under the banner of making stars for all. "Star Academy" collects contestants in the whole province by means of no threshold registration. For a time, thousands of applicants flocked to our site, and men, women and children scrambled to speak. The draft activity, which lasted more than four months, not only created high ratings, but also created a group of children with personality and development potential. "Starting from liberating children's nature, creating a space for them to let them release their nature more and give full play to their own things" is my original intention in planning the Star Academy, which has also become an innovative idea provided by the Star Academy for the development of TV programs.
During the nine-year viewing career, I have grown from a laid-off host, an ordinary director and producer to a director of a variety show center that manages 10 columns and hundreds of employees. From 1995 to now, it has won second class merit four times, third class merit three times, 1 999 was awarded "Top Ten Planners" by Hunan Radio and Television Department and "Best Producer" in 2000. 200 1, I was rated as an advanced worker in the national radio, film and television system. In these nine years, people have been asking me, "Why are you always energetic to create new programs?" ? Aren't you tired? Aren't you bored? "I want to tell you honestly and sincerely that I am not tired and have never been tired of my work. Working for more than ten hours every day, there is basically no concept of holidays. I once went deep into the desert in hot summer, climbed snow-capped mountains in cold weather, got drenched in the open-air stage in heavy rain for a week, and made 7 pairs of sneakers for the "Golden Eagle Festival Star Concert". I also led the directors to discuss an innovation of the party around the clock. They all eat and sleep at the conference table. In order to control the cost of the project, they had to ask why they had to pay a dollar. They eat box lunch almost every day for 365 days a year. If these are tiring and annoying, then I think the happiness and touch brought by TV work are insignificant compared with the life experience I have accumulated continuously because of TV. I remember that in the summer of 2003, I led 20 absolute men and a huge film crew to Dunhuang to shoot. During the ten days in Dunhuang, everyone worked in the scorching sun and in the environment of more than 40 degrees every day. Some directors were sunburned, some players fainted from heatstroke, and every member of the crew was as black as carbon. The whole face is white only where sunglasses cover it, and all of them have become "giant pandas". Although it was hard, when I finished my day's work, I sat in the only pub in the desert, eating roast leg of lamb and drinking local liquor. At present, there is the Yumen Pass in ancient poetry that even the spring breeze can't blow. After Yumen Pass, the yellow sand flies and the vast desert is endless. In the beautiful scenery of "lonely smoke in the desert, the long river sets the yen", the confusion of life becomes nothingness, not to mention hard work. If it weren't for TV, maybe I wouldn't have a chance to go to such a beautiful place at all. Fainting or being burned is a life experience. In my memory, TV moved me a lot. When doing the true feelings program, many directors will cry at the scene of the program because of the stories of the guests, but I have never cried. One of the reasons, of course, is that I am very strong, and I feel that although I need to put my emotions into my work, I should also know how to control them rationally. However, when "Star Academy" was broadcast live last year, I cried because I eliminated a little girl. This little girl who is only 16 years old is called "Liu Xin". I believe that anyone who has seen Star Academy will be deeply impressed by her. She is always singing out of tune in Star Academy, with the highest audience support rate. During her three months in Starlight College, she grew rapidly and became more and more confident on the stage. No matter what the audience thinks of her, in my eyes, Liu Xin, like any player, is a child with dreams. The difference is that she has the courage to realize her dream. So, when the host announced that Liu Xin had been eliminated, and watched her sweet smile with tears on her face, and continued to sing the last song for the audience with the cries and cheers of the audience, I stood in the background and wept silently. This tear is because when I saw a child find his own stage on the TV screen and fly confidently in the sky created by TV, I was sincerely gratified and moved.
It is TV that gives us the chance to dream, and we help more viewers realize their dreams. Isn't this kind of work something to be proud of? I live for TV, and I will use this stage to try my best to interpret my passionate life.
My name is Long Danni, and I am a TV worker. More specifically, I am a TV enthusiast. My first dream for TV is to be a host. I don't know if the friends here have seen the first program of the variety show "Lucky 372 1" broadcast by Hunan Economic TV. The host of that program is me. Unfortunately, I only presided over the first issue, and then I was replaced and laid off by the leader on the grounds of "not beautiful". I remember that day I was waiting to take the stage with a newly blown "Anti-warping" and was called to the rooftop by the leader to politely but firmly sentence me to the end of my hosting career. From then on, the hostess of Lucky Column became Chou Xiao. That was the first setback in my TV career, and I embarked on the road of transformation from TV host to TV producer.
