1989 After graduating from Southeast University, he was assigned to work in Hangzhou Water Industry Group. Since 2000, he has served as chief engineer, deputy general manager and director of water industry group. In 2005, he was rated as a professor-level senior engineer. On June 5438- 10, 2008, he was transferred to Drainage Company as Deputy Secretary, Director and Deputy General Manager of the Party Committee.

Presided over the feasibility study of drinking tap water directly in Hangzhou, and won the third prize of scientific and technological progress in Hangzhou in 2003. He presided over the research and development of the Yangtze River Delta drinking water safety and security technology research project Zhejiang Province, and won the third prize of Hangzhou Science and Technology Progress in 2008. He presided over the construction of a number of large-scale projects, and took the lead in adopting membrane treatment technology to carry out technical transformation of an old water plant with a capacity of 300,000 tons/day in China, which has now started.
