Presided over the feasibility study of drinking tap water directly in Hangzhou, and won the third prize of scientific and technological progress in Hangzhou in 2003. He presided over the research and development of the Yangtze River Delta drinking water safety and security technology research project Zhejiang Province, and won the third prize of Hangzhou Science and Technology Progress in 2008. He presided over the construction of a number of large-scale projects, and took the lead in adopting membrane treatment technology to carry out technical transformation of an old water plant with a capacity of 300,000 tons/day in China, which has now started.
