There are many important office buildings in the CBD area around Futian Station. As a part of the comprehensive transportation hub project of Futian Station, the planned Shenzhen Stock Exchange Center and China Merchants Bank Building are located on the east and west sides of its northern end. At the southern end, there are high-level office and business districts such as Investment Building, China Unicom Plaza, Aerospace Building, Times Excellence Building, Times Financial Center and Central Business Building. Moreover, Futian Station will also transfer to the planned Guanshen, Shen Sui Intercity Line, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Dedicated Line, Metro Line 2 and 1 1.

The reporter noticed that there are 36 entrances and exits in Futian Station, and there are 4 recently opened entrances and exits, which are not the letters A, B, C and D commonly used in Shenzhen subway station.
