Li Fengjie is a famous contemporary children's literature writer in China. Born in 194 1 February, his ancestral home is Jiedao Village, Yongchuan Town, Qishan, Shaanxi. Party member, a national first-class writer, enjoys a special government allowance from the State Council. After graduating from high school, he served as a private teacher 1 1 year, and later transferred to the creative cadre of Baoji Cultural Center and the deputy director of the literary and artistic creation research office. 1985 transferred to vice chairman of Baoji Federation of Literary and Art Circles. He has served as chairman of Baoji Writers Association, vice chairman of Shaanxi Writers Association and member of Children's Literature Committee of Chinese Writers Association. 1963 has been engaged in literary creation for 50 years since her debut, publishing more than 4 million words of various literary works and 32 children's literary works. More than 50 short stories, essays, fairy tales and reportage works have been published by 29 Buddhist publishing houses in China, and 84 children's literature books have been published. The novella Life Escaped from the Eye of a Needle and the novel The Water Elephant and His Three Ears were selected as "China Children's Classic Reading Books in the Centennial". In 2007, they were published in Hubei Children's Publishing House with the title "Life Escaping from the Eye of a Needle".

His works won 6 national books and literary awards, and the provincial and above literary publications 18. I was named as an outstanding child laborer in Shaanxi Province twice, a model worker in Baoji City and a member of Shaanxi Federation of Literary and Art Circles.

His works have been well received by famous artists such as Bing Xin, Wang, Chen, Wang Quangen and so on. Tan Xudong, a famous critic, wrote "On the Creation of Li Fengjie, a Town of Contemporary Children's Literature", saying: "Li Fengjie is a heavyweight writer of contemporary children's literature in China and a town of northwest children's literature". Li Xing, a famous critic, wrote in the article On the Realistic Character of Li Fengjie's Children's Literature Creation: "Li Fengjie is a unique existence in the field of contemporary children's literature in China. His works with distinctive personality and unique style actually support a wing of realism in the construction of children's literature in China since 1980s and 1990s. Without Li Fengjie and his creation, Yuan Ye, a contemporary children's literature in China, would be much monotonous and empty. " Shaanxi Provincial People's Government 1985 awarded the prize. The award certificate reads: "Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, Comrade Li Fengjie has made outstanding achievements in literary and artistic creation." The State Council 1992 issued a certificate saying that Comrade Li Fengjie "has made outstanding contributions to China's cultural and artistic undertakings". These comments and awards are a pertinent evaluation and summary of Li Fengjie's literary career.
