1986 master. Now he is a professor and tutor of master students in the Department of Nutrition, School of Public Health, Sun Yat-sen University. 1June 1999 to1September 1999, studied at Ku Oppio University in Finland, and worked as a scientist at the Nutrition Research Center of Tufts University in the United States from March 2005 to April 2006. For many years, he has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in nutrition and food hygiene, clinical nutrition, nutrition and health, and his research direction is nutrition and prevention and treatment of chronic diseases. At present, he has presided over and participated in 6 research projects, including major scientific and technological key projects for social development in Guangdong Province, National Natural Science Foundation for Outstanding Young Scholars, Guangdong Natural Science Foundation and international cooperation projects (Ku Oppio University in Finland, UBC University in Canada and Boston University in the United States). The research projects include the influence of nutrition education and dietary pattern on the progress of diabetes, the pathological mechanism and nutritional prevention of atherosclerosis, and the influence of lactic acid bacteria on the intestinal absorption and metabolism of aflatoxin. And published the scientific research results in the past five years. The research paper has won many awards, and the "experimental study on anti-atherosclerosis of dietary black rice" won the third prize of Guangdong Science and Technology; The scientific research project "Study on Female Physical Activity and Susceptible Factors of Cardiovascular Diseases" and "Intervention Study on Combined Intervention of Vitamin A and Zinc on Children's Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection" directed by Primary Maternal and Child Health Hospital won the second prize and the third prize of local government (city) science and technology respectively. Two textbooks have been compiled: Clinical Nutrition, a 2 1 century curriculum textbook of the Ministry of Education, and Clinical Nutrition, a national higher education textbook of the Ministry of Health; Write other teaching materials or publish 5 professional books.
