The National Development Bank is a ministerial level. Established in 1994, China Development Bank is a policy bank and a central financial enterprise led by the State Council. Mainly through medium and long-term credit and investment, it serves the major medium and long-term development strategy of the national economy, including CDB Finance, China-Africa Fund and Development Fund of China Development Bank. As a development financial institution, CDB has the responsibility to improve its comprehensive national strength. Since its establishment, CDB has actively explored effective ways of financial services to the national strategy, from supporting two major projects to promoting urbanization, from actively serving people's livelihood to supporting enterprises, from alleviating development bottlenecks to helping macro-control, coping with the global financial crisis, serving steady growth and restructuring, and promoting China's economic and social development. We should fully support the construction of national key projects, increase the supply of public goods, further enhance economic strength and expand regional scale. Promote the adjustment of industrial structure, promote the development of new technologies, new industries and new formats, and inject new vitality into the economy.
