Enlightenment from Master Di Shen: Why should Buddhism be spread by monks?

Good knowledge, Buddhism is based on precepts, and it can only be called a teacher when the precepts are completed. People who lack a precept can't preach, so Buddhism depends on monks.

A Buddhist precept is disgraceful, but he doesn't protect himself. His sin is not over yet, so he can't preach the precepts. If we wait for everyone to warn us, we will spread evil because there is a leak.

Good knowledge and perfect abstinence are big pears; Yan Jing's monk is guided by a mage, and the enlightened sage is the abbot of the French king, whose precepts are obedience, and those who quit are subject to precepts. If you don't do this, all your commandments are false and you will get nothing. Therefore, the abstainer is also the father of the rebirth of the teacher.

Good knowledge, if there is no main altar of the holy monk, can be used by past ancestors such as Huineng of the Sixth Ancestor and Xingsu of the Seventh Ancestor to preach precepts, otherwise it is a false precept.

Good knowledge, don't preach Buddha without knowledge and virtue, just like claiming to be a master swimmer without knowing water, it will be destroyed in the water and harm others and yourself.

Good knowledge, those who get the precepts are their parents' flesh and blood, and those who are born in the womb leave suffering and go to Buddhism; Those who don't keep precepts can't go to Buddhism after death; Those who are not strict in keeping the precepts wholeheartedly claim that the Buddha will save them after chanting the Buddha's name. If you are exonerated by good karma, you will die in the Buddha country. If they are not released from sin, they will take root in it and cannot be saved.

Good knowledge, anyone who is not enlightened or wears Buddhist clothes to preach Buddhism, is an evil spirit, bullying the city, and the converts are guilty.
