Brief introduction of Cui
Mr. Cui is simple and kind, with a simple and frank temperament, generous and sincere, and has been specializing in biography since he was born. All Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan, knives, swords, sticks (guns) and pushers are true stories of Yang-style masters with profound knowledge and accomplishments, especially pushers. Be good at doing good hair, be soft in hand, be firm in softness, be alert in lightness, distinguish between reality and reality, listen to the spirit, move it slightly, scrape it for a long time, and send it suddenly. Amazingly, anyone who suffered didn't feel it, just fell out of the room.

Mr. Cui has lived in Beijing for a long time, playing boxing under the shadow of Cooper in Zhongshan Park, and establishing Beijing Yongnian Tai Ji Chuan Club as its chairman. Strict and meticulous teaching, very strict requirements for coaches, won the legacy of Yang style. Life-long practice and boxing training have made Mr. Cui's skills perfect, and he has the reputation of Cui Pai Tai Chi. Its fist combines rigidity with softness, which is unique and further develops Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan. Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan is characterized by generous stretching, flexibility, calmness, rigorous structure, flexibility and solemnity. With its simple movements, soft outside and rigid inside, natural and unrestrained posture, serene demeanor, comfortable body and quiet mind, beautiful and natural, it is widely loved by Tai Ji Chuan lovers at home and abroad. Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan emphasizes integrity, coherence, gardening and integration of body and mind. Correct and natural, impartial, generous, loose rotation, waist as the axis, complete penetration. From the beginning to the end, continuity is like a line passing through, connecting together, connecting up and down, naturally connecting, constantly breaking strength, and connecting smoothly and completely. The action is calm and light, light but not floating, moving but not rushing, static but not stiff, that is, light but not floating, heavy but not stiff. Soft outside and rigid inside, continuous combination of rigidity and softness, and combination of rigidity and softness. No matter the change of reality and reality, ups and downs are connected in a pattern, just like a flowing cloud, without any pause or interruption, without sudden slow edges and corners. As "On Boxing" said; From the foot to the leg and waist must always be complete, its root is in the foot, hair is in the leg, dominated by the waist, shape is in the finger, continuous. Yang Tai Ji Chuan demanded that, under the guidance of consciousness, he should take a deep breath evenly, with a heavy breath, as strong as spinning silk, and as calm as a cat when walking, so that his intention would not be hard. In a quiet mood, his body is relaxed, and his consciousness, breathing and movements are closely combined to carry out rhythmic fitness, nourishing his heart and mind. Therefore, Tai Ji Chuan is an advanced exercise mode that combines internal and external training, unity of form and spirit, combination of motion and static, and integration from top to bottom. Tai Ji Chuan is different from other sports, but it is a moderate movement from spirit to form.

Mr Cui devoted his life to the research and promotion of Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan. 1964 created a set of Yang-style simplified 42-style Tai Ji Chuan based on Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan, which kept the essence and style of Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan, was easy to learn, and was more suitable for workshop practice. This routine has been loved by Tai Ji Chuan fans since it was introduced, and it has been widely spread to this day.
