Learn all the contents of enterprise rules and regulations (employee handbook), and hereby declare that I am willing to abide by them consciously. If there is any violation, I will voluntarily implement it according to the relevant regulations of the enterprise.

1. Newcomers need to fill in the employee registration form uniformly issued by the company and provide: an ID card, a copy of academic certificate and a professional grade certificate.

2. Make a detailed study of the teaching material "Employee Induction Training" and fill in the "Learning Confirmation Form".

3. The receptionist is responsible for filling in the Examination Form of New Employee Trial Application.

4. Organize new employees to learn the company's rules and regulations and strictly abide by them.

5. Communicate with the dormitory administrator, fill in the accommodation application form and arrange accommodation for employees who need to live in the dormitory.

6. Bring the New Employee Trial Application and Verification Form, and hand over the new employee to the head of the required post department.

7. After 7 days' work, new employees will be issued with meal cards and work clothes. Book the paper version 7 days before the new employee joins the company, book it on WeChat after 7 days, and swipe the meal card.

8. Within one month of the employee's employment, the employee shall go through the formalities of becoming a full member after passing the examination, sign a labor contract and issue a work card.

Commitment letter for new employees

1. Abide by integrity, and I guarantee that the basic information provided (including my resume, ID card, diploma, resignation certificate, household registration certificate and copies of relevant qualification certificates) is true and correct, and there is no fraud.
