Students in school: all students who have a student status relationship with the school and have not graduated or have graduated or dropped out. Including full-time students and part-time students.
Freshmen: refers to students who graduated that year, but those who graduated the year before or after are not counted.
In some enterprises (campus recruitment) and civil service examinations, it is limited to recruiting fresh graduates, while fresh graduates on the other hand mean lack of experience. Freshmen who need to work before graduation need to find a job with graduate recommendation form, report card and tripartite agreement, and only after graduation can they get a registration card to settle in the employment place.
