Zhong Shuhe, editor, scholar and prose writer. Born in Pingjiang, Hunan Province, 193 1 year old. 1957 for publishing Article 48 on democracy and freedom, he advocated running a non-party newspaper, Fan Newspaper, which was classified as Rightist and dismissed from public office. 1970 was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment for "slandering and attacking the great proletarian cultural revolution". 1979 rehabilitated and released from prison. As an editor, I am engaged in both research and writing. He once worked as an editor in Hunan Publishing Group, enjoyed the special contribution allowance of the State Council and won the third Taofen Publishing Award. Now retired.
