There is no nationally recognized drum teacher qualification certificate in China, including guitars and the like.

So when a drum teacher has the conditions:

1, responsible, enterprising and friendly;

2. Have a certain professional level of drum set;

3. Have experience in group teaching and can communicate well with parents and children;

4. Have one year or more experience in teaching drum lessons;

5, love music education, 18-35 years old, regardless of gender, graduated from music-related major or teacher-related major, college degree or above;

6. Require more than one year of work experience, be willing to accept new things, have strong learning ability, and have a sense of teamwork.

Responsibilities of drum teachers:

1, responsible for the teaching of drum set course, and complete the teaching work according to the teaching requirements and teaching plan objectives.

2. Communicate with parents regularly and timely about students' situation, and do a good job in service, renewal and referral.

3. Promote outing activities, roadshows and experience classes for visiting students.
