1, education
The first part of my resume is actually my education. Chatting with HR of my company the day before yesterday. I asked him, "Spring trick is coming soon after the New Year. Does our company have any ideas about what kind of graduates to recruit this year? " Then the senior HR listed several schools for me and said that priority would be given to students who graduated from these prestigious schools. From this perspective, academic qualifications are really important and a stepping stone to the workplace. The industry I am engaged in is mainly based on design and research and development, and naturally it will focus on attracting talents.
2. Honors and certificates
A small certificate can't prove all your abilities, but it can represent that you have reached the corresponding level of ability. Therefore, it is the most overwhelming advantage to write your most representative skill certificate or professional award simply and clearly. Don't start with the little red flowers in kindergarten! After all, I have seen such candidates.
3. Work experience
For friends who want to change jobs after many years, work experience is still very important. Although it is not necessary to be so detailed, it is best not to have a blank period. There is really no way to think of an excuse for yourself during this period, because if you tell HR that you simply don't go out to work during this period, the other party will define you as "not practical" and your impression will be greatly reduced.
4. Internship experience
Many friends who graduated this year will say that they just graduated and have no work experience. In fact, my internship experience can also be counted as work experience! When I chatted with brother HR, the other party also said that it would be very rewarding to see the internship experience of relevant units. After all, young people who have been exposed to the workplace will save a lot of running-in period and enter the working state faster, which will be given priority.
Therefore, it is necessary for friends who have spare capacity to try some internships and part-time jobs before graduation. Not only can you make your resume look better, but you can also add a lot of talk in future interviews, and you can feel the fun of making money by yourself. Why not? In a word, more experience, more learning and more participation are the nine-character proverbs that make your resume turn a blind eye to competitors!
Finally, I wish everyone can find their favorite jobs ~
