Because of the large number of factory inspection guests, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, the guests conducted factory inspection and evaluation as many as 12 times. Due to the lack of information in all aspects, they work overtime almost every day in order to catch up with their work. Administratively, various materials such as factory rules and regulations, job descriptions, staff training, personnel files, fire drill plans and so on were established, and two large-scale fire drills were organized. The establishment of these materials not only cooperates with the inspection work of the factory, but also improves the work of the administrative staff themselves. In the workshop, needle control management, work instructions, qc quality records, rework records, machine maintenance records, etc. All of them have been set up, and the equipment of the whole factory has been counted and made into a list of production equipment for easy reference at any time. At the same time, dozens of forms have been made according to the production demand, and many records have been improved.
